Agreement to these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Offtrail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Offtrail is provided by the app publisher associated with the support email on this page.
App Store license
Your use of Offtrail is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate custom license is provided for Offtrail through Apple.
The app is licensed to you for personal use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as allowed by Apple's rules. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except where applicable law gives you rights that cannot be limited.
Offtrail Plus
Offtrail Plus, when offered in the app, is an auto-renewable subscription charged through your Apple ID. The exact price, billing period, trial or offer terms, and included benefits are shown in the App Store purchase confirmation sheet and in the app at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store subscription settings. If you cancel, you can continue using paid benefits until the end of the current paid period, unless Apple or applicable law provides otherwise.
Future paid benefits may change as Offtrail evolves. If a subscription price changes, Apple's subscription rules and confirmation flow apply.
iCloud sync
For paid users, Offtrail may sync certain activity data through the user's own iCloud account so records can appear on their devices. iCloud sync depends on your Apple ID, iCloud settings, network connection, device configuration, and Apple service availability.
If iCloud is unavailable, restricted, or signed out, Offtrail may only be able to use data stored on the current device. Offtrail does not control Apple's iCloud service.
Recommendations and user judgment
Offtrail provides lightweight activity recommendations for everyday exploration. Recommendations are not medical, legal, financial, safety, travel, fitness, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for your body, time, location, weather, budget, surroundings, and personal circumstances. Skip or modify any activity that feels unsafe, unsuitable, or uncomfortable.
Privacy
Offtrail's data practices are described in the Privacy Policy. That page explains local storage, recommendation requests, feedback email, and iCloud sync for paid users.
Changes and availability
Offtrail may change, pause, or remove features over time. We may update these terms when the product, paid features, or legal requirements change.
We try to keep the app useful, but we do not guarantee that every recommendation, sync operation, notification, or support response will always be available or error-free.
